- We accept orders purely on made to order basis. Hence, kindly allow us at least 15 to 30 days (depending on the order size) for completing your order from the date of receipt of advance payment in to our bank account.
- All the orders / contracts are subject to force de majeure clause as per ICC Paris in its internationally accepted definition & other circumstances beyond human control.
- All clearing / forwarding expenses / customs duty & any other Government levies to be borne by the buyer in his / her own country. ANIIQ is not responsible for any custom duty or Government levy or taxes imposed on you in your country. Hence, kindly reconfirm with your local customs office, the necessary charges / levies before placing your order.
- Under any circumstances, we will not start the manufacturing process of your order till we receive the full & final payment of our proforma invoice raised on you.
- We have made every effort to display our product range, designs & colour schemes in the best possible way. However, the displayed colours totally depend on the screen resolution of the output device in use at your end.
- ANIIQ uses reputed courier / cargo companies for shipping all the consignments. In the unlikely event of the delivery getting delayed due to genuine reasons, ANIIQ shouldn’t be held responsible for such delays.
- Insurance of the cargo, if required, to be covered by yourselves. In the unlikely event of the parcel / cargo getting misplaced in transit, the buyer has to take up the matter directly with the courier company on the basis of the AWB.
